This new design significantly transformed the customer experience. It introduced scrolling as the main view in the book editor. It simplified the design elements, made elements easier to find, and moved actions near the page. This resulted in an increase in conversion of 7% and significantly improved customer satisfaction.

A NEW PRINTS EXPERIENCE, SHUTTERFLY
This simplified mobile prints ordering experience, made it easier to select quantity, add additional sizes, and edit photos. The new design resulted in a 37% lift in Revenue.
PICK UP or SHIP, CVS
Simplified the selection of pick up or shipping. Resulted in a 2% lift in conversion of the checkout flow.
